Tui’s Food is drawn from my experience of cooking with my family and friends in my native Thailand and from working in authentic Thai and mixed cuisine restaurants. I create fabulous dishes for your private or business occasions, be they office parties, dinner gatherings, corporate lunches, weddings, barbeques or any other type of event you require.

I also offer Thai cooking classes in your/my home or kitchen, to make the perfect Thai fusion of colour, flavour, smell and taste. This is especially popular as a gift or that fantastic Hen Party.

Pork mince with rice, red chilli paste, coconut, kaffir lime leaves, egg served with chilli sauce and salad.

Chicken cooked in yellow curry paste, potatoes, onion, coconut milk.

ROASTED DUCK CURRY (GAENG PHED PED YANG)

Duck breast, marinated, sliced and served in red curry with coconut milk, pineapple, grapes, chillies, tomatoes and Thai spices.

JUNGLE CURRY (GAENG PA) 

Very hot, spicy curry no coconut milk with babycorn, green peppercorn, green bean, chilli, holy basil leaves.

Garlic, sliced aubergines, green sweet pea, peppers, black bean sauce and sweet basil.

A spicy & sour soup with tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, and onion topped with Thai fresh herbs.

SQUID SALAD (YUM PLA MUK)

This delicious spicy squid salad combines all   the elements of Thai cooking: salt, sweet, bitter and sour, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, lime, onions, and coriander

BEEF SALAD (YUM NUA YANG)

Grilled marinated thinly sliced sirloin beef in a mixed salad of cucumber, chilli, celery,

onion, tomatoes and spring onion, then tossed in fresh lime juice and fish sauce.

PAPAYA SALAD (SOM TUM)

A Spicy salad of four flavours with raw papaya, long green beans, carrot, tomatoes, dried shrimp, and roasted peanut. 

MINCE CHICKEN (LAAB GAI OR LAAB MOO)

A light & spicy chicken or pork salad served warm with fresh herb dressing.

PAD THAI

Stir fried rice noodles with egg, spring onions & bean sprouts in a sweet tamarind sauce served with  ground peanuts.
